So What Exactly is Heavens?

Miami, Fl. So where exactly will you end up... Hell or Heavens? Are there such places? or what exactly is the Kingdom of Heavens like? These are questions that nearly all, if not all, humans beings ask themselves. Stop right there, I'm not here to tell you how heavens looks like, because I haven't been there (otherwise I wouldn't be writing to you, my dear reader) However, through life experience, prayers and research I was given a little glance to what the Kingdom of God looks like and some of it's mysteries. Then again, I am not a famous pastor, rabbi or religious leader with an extensive religious background, but I am an average person interested on the secrets above and how they can impact our lives on earth and eternity. Well, now for a few seconds imagine living like king Solomon at the peak of his kingdom. If you don't know how he lived I love to share with you the following scriptures from the Old Testament 2 chronicles 9:9 "The weight of the gold that Salomon received yearly was twenty five tons of gold... King Solomon was greater in riches and wisdom than all the other king of the earth... Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots, and twelve thousand horses.." In other words Solomon ruled a mighty Kingdom in Jerusalem that governed Israel. His wealth was calculated to be 10 times what the wealthiest man in the world, Bill Gates. Wow! Jerusalem was a city were gold, silver and stones were very common. It was a city where the buildings were as magnificent as the United States Congress, the Egyptian Pyramids, The White House or the Vatican just to mention a few. A place whose side walks and sculptures were probably full of diamonds and esmeralds encrusted in the gold . A place where the temperature is just perfect! (This might be hard to imagine for some). Imagine rivers of crystal-water flowing all over the city, with cascades, beautiful ponds full of the most colorful fishes on earth. Imagine the most exquisite Jazmin fragrances and incense all over the city... Imagine a city full of beautiful birds, exotic plants and a cheerful but pleasant atmosphere, where all its residents are prince and princess with the utmost wisdom, love and faithfulness all year round! Nice huh? To some this might be the visions of someone who might of had a few beers last night, to others this might of be the dreams of an old folk who has nothing better to do, but the reality is that all that is not even a tenth of .00001% of God's actual Kingdom.

Here is another little glimpse at God's Kingdom: Imagine, a place where people of all walks of life, short, tall, black, white, good-looking, not-so-good-looking, old , young, Native Americans, Mexican, Russian, Iranians, Mongols, European, bodybuilders, college-drop outs, veterans, presidents (yes... even them) can live in harmonny together, loving one another and worshipping the same God. Well for now you should get an idea of what I try to portray. Got it? Good News!!! God's Kingdom is a trillion times better than anything I just mentioned.... OK stop right there! You might be asking yourself "Who do you think you are Mr. Author, God?" I invite you dear reader to hang on to the end of this article.

Some might think this is a prophecy, This isn't a prophecy either, but the reality that lies deep inside in a God's heart. It doesn't matter if you are an atheist, a pacifist, a terrorist or whatever you would like to be known as, the truth of the matter is thatwe all such a place for eternity. A place with ehope to live in a place like that for eternity, characterized by everlasting joy, peace, love and satisfaction. I personally like how the bible describes such a place "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him." 1 Corinthians 2:9. When I read this my heart rejoiced, but as soon as that happened many questions rose. What about those who don't believe in God, or those Who believe in God through the lens of different religions such as Islam, Judaism, Catholicism, Buddhism etc. What will happen to a person who wants to experience God's Kingdom but might be deceived by life obstacles, religious fanatics or radicals? What would happen to those rejected by most religions as been impure such as gays or lesbians? What will happen to those who mess up in life? Things questions have floated my mind non-stop. And I have tried to find the answer to all these questions. I have done biblical research, ask many, talk to people with several beliefs, some believes and no believe whatsoever, and I have had some prayers in regards to this in God's intimacy(yes I do believe there is a God). After all these, the conclusion I found was the following:

God's Kingdom is powerful, glorious and so powerful that if it were to be reveal to us entirely we will die instantly. 2) Many of those who assure they know the way to God's kingdom are sometime the one's that are the farthest from him. 3) God is a sovereign and he does what he wants, when he wants and how he wants it. So for those who think they know it all, watch out! you might be playing with dangerous waters... 4) Perfection is not what God is looking for, but love and willingness for his people to change their bad habits. Some might argue... "Mr. Author, but what is wrong and what is right? Isn't that up to each person to decide? well there are many many people out there that act very much like some philosophy professors. They question everything and try to find the reason for everything, even if their life might be a mess and will all their human wisdom and reasoning can not stop their messy life. There are certain things that man know in the deeps of their heart that are wrong, and it happens that most regions and beliefs if not all agree with those statues, you know treat others with respect and love people as your self. And last but not least the two most important conclusions I've drawn and which were written a long, long time ago, but many fundamentalist have changed and distorted the message for their convenience, which is: 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind. And love your neighbor as you love yourself.'" Luke 10:27. How hard is that? well I guess people can not believe is so easy to experience that wonderful kingdom and instead they knock themselves on the head, do a couple of back-flips, use bombs or judge randomly at people. The truth is one and it is absolute. Still have questions? well as the title of this blog tell you this is a very little glance of God's Kingdom and will in our live, God's Kingdom can not be fully understood.Period.

Here is a challenge though, there is no way to even begin learning about God and his will or mystery if you don't: 1) have faith, 2) be Open-minded 3) Ask the holy Spirit to guide you. If you don't think there isn't such a spirit, I believe your search for God has just stop right now.

One final challenge: If you feel this none of this makes sense but you are looking desperately for answer to your problems and meaning, peace and all source of good things, well try something I did which worked perfectly. By the way you don't have to be a bible freak or some sore of saint walking on the streets. It only takes a curious and willing full heart that is willing to experience the ultimate. Dear reader according to false doctrines and realigious cults there are millions of ways to make it to heavens, and the make you chose the want they like the most... how absurd!
